Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using KitchenSavor (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 13 years old to use KitchenSavor. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@kitchensavor.app if you suspect unauthorized use.

You may not create accounts by automated means, impersonate others, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.

KitchenSavor offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription:

• Free tier — limited recipe generations, pantry scans, and pantry item slots per month.
• Pro tier — unlimited access to all features for a recurring monthly or annual fee.

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective billing terms. We do not process payments directly. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
• Circumvent usage limits or attempt to access other users' data
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the App

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

KitchenSavor generates recipe suggestions and analyzes pantry images. Generated content is provided for convenience and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or suitability of any generated recipe or nutritional information. Always exercise judgment, particularly regarding food allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions.

The KitchenSavor name, logo, and all original content in the App are owned by KitchenSavor and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or content without prior written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you create within the App (pantry data, shopping lists, notes). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you.

KitchenSavor is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Use of the App is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KitchenSavor and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which KitchenSavor operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
